Lauren Reyes-Grange is a Senior Product Manager and Strategist with 15+ years of experience leading digital strategy, UX, content, and analytics across media, health care, non-profits, and corporate sectors. She is deeply committed to mentorship, inclusion, and equity in tech, leading Reason One’s Mentorship & Scholarship Program to support the next generation of Black digital professionals.

Jeff joined Baker Tilly KDN in 2002 as a summer student and, after gaining experience in audit and assurance at a national firm, returned in 2012 to support a wide range of commercial clients. He became Partner in 2016 and was appointed Managing Partner in 2023, bringing expertise in accounting, tax, and consulting on cybersecurity, data analytics, and technology risk. Jeff lives in the Kawarthas with his wife and two sons and enjoys hockey, golf, travel, and family time.

Based in Toronto, she enjoys spending time in nature outside of work.
