Welcome Alanna Wallace: Director of Campaign and Community Giving

We are thrilled to welcome Alanna Wallace to the Bowmanville Hospital Foundation as our new Director of Campaign and Community Giving. Alanna brings a wealth of experience in major gifts, campaign leadership, and donor engagement, making her a key asset to our team as we continue driving the success of the We Care, We Can Campaign.

With a strong background in fundraising strategy and donor stewardship, Alanna has successfully led multi-year, high-impact campaigns, securing transformational gifts and fostering long-term donor relationships. Most recently, as Deputy Director of Philanthropic Partnerships at the Stephen Lewis Foundation, she played a pivotal role in fundraising leadership, overseeing multi-million-dollar donor-driven campaigns and growing key philanthropic partnerships.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a passion for storytelling, community engagement, and building a culture of philanthropy. Her expertise in strategic planning, donor segmentation, and corporate partnerships has consistently resulted in significant fundraising growth across diverse organizations, including Planeterra Foundation and African Impact.

As a long-time member of the Durham community, Alanna is deeply motivated to give back and make a meaningful impact. We are confident that her leadership and expertise will help strengthen our fundraising efforts and deepen our connections with donors and community partners.
