Durham Region Approves Support for Bowmanville Hospital Redevelopment

BOWMANVILLE, ON – The Region of Durham has committed to contribute up to $37.5 million to Lakeridge Health and the redevelopment and expansion project for Bowmanville Hospital.  

This announcement marks an outstanding achievement and celebratory milestone for the Bowmanville Hospital, the We Care, We Can campaign and for health care in the Clarington community and beyond. Durham Region’s investment emphasizes the importance of building a Hospital to serve the growing communities in our region.
