Guest Speaker – Christine Simpson

Christine is an accomplished sports broadcaster whose lifelong love of hockey began while watching her brothers play the game. She started her career as Marketing Manager and media spokesperson at the Hockey Hall of Fame before becoming the first female in-arena voice at Maple Leaf Gardens for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Since joining Sportsnet in 1998, Christine has built a respected broadcasting career covering the NHL across major networks including Sportsnet, Hockey Night in Canada, ABC, ESPN, Versus, NHL Network, and now Prime Video’s Prime Monday Night Hockey, where she continues to share compelling player stories, long-form interviews, and features that highlight the impact of hockey on and off the ice.
