DECEMBER 20, 2021 – Tanya Sanza to lead Bowmanville Hospital Foundation’s We Care, We Can Awareness Month Committee
As Bowmanville Hospital Foundation continues with the roll-out of its new strategic plan, we are excited to take the next step in building awareness and community engagement with the introduction of the We Care, We Can Awareness Month in June, 2022.
With this in mind, the Bowmanville Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Tanya Sanza as Chair of the We Care, We Can Awareness Month Committee. Tanya is a local realtor with Keller Williams Energy and has a real passion for supporting local businesses and giving back to her community.
Tanya and her Committee will be instrumental in helping to launch the Foundation’s first ever awareness month. Geared toward building awareness and support for the redevelopment and expansion project for Bowmanville Hospital, this initiative will engage many local businesses and organizations through third-party initiatives, sponsorship and matching gift programs.
“As a proud Clarington resident and local business supporter, I am so excited to be a part of this important initiative. I cannot wait to help rally our business community and local organizations together for such an important cause at a significant time in our community’s history,” said Mrs. Sanza. “I look forward to leading the We Can, We Care Awareness Month Committee alongside the Foundation and am honoured to have been asked to support in this way!”
“I am thrilled to welcome Tanya to our volunteer family,” shared Frank Cerisano, Chief Executive Officer. “When we first met, Tanya’s love for her community and passion for helping others came shining through. Tanya is a great addition to the Foundation team as we work to inspire philanthropy and improve healthcare for our community.”
